​Belong Health supports people on their journey of wellbeing, health and thriving in everyday life from early intervention paediatrics right through to seniors, as well as looking after our amazing team, their professional development and work-life balance. 

Falcon Clinic and Perth Metro Team

Our allied health practice based in Falcon, south of Mandurah, provides both in-clinic, home, school and community-based services to families living in the Peel Region up to Rockingham down to Harvey.  With Our Perth Team servicing Perth Metro providing home, school and community-based services.

We specialise in supporting all ages, ASD, developmental delays, diverse needs and provide developmental Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Pathology (SP) , Positive Behaviour Supports (PBS), Psychology, and Counselling (Coun) , supported by our Therapy Assistant team.

​Our Falcon Team help children to develop their play, self-care, learning, communication, mental health and wellbeing and independence skills, improving their functional skills, their ability to participate in their daily lives and improving their quality of life.

Our Perth Metro Team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Positive Behaviour Supports (PBS), Psychologists, Registered Music Therapist provide support to people of all ages from early intervention and school years, through adolescence, adulthood and senior years. Our skilled, specialised team can help and provide intervention, assessment, therapy, support and guidance across the lifespan and for all conditions, diagnoses and challenges we face everyday as people, at home and out in the community, where you need us most.
