Falcon Clinic & Perth Metro Team
Our allied health practice, based in Falcon south of Mandurah, provides in-clinic, home, school, telehealth, and community-based services across the Peel Region, from Rockingham through to Harvey.

Our Perth Metro Team provides home, school, telehealth, and community-based services across Perth and surrounding metropolitan areas.

Supporting All Ages Across a Wide Range of Needs
Belong Health supports children, adolescents, adults, and seniors across a wide range of developmental, disability, mental health, neurological, behavioural, and everyday functional support needs.

Our multidisciplinary team includes:

• Occupational Therapists (OT)
• Speech Pathologists (SP)
• Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners (PBS)
• Psychologists
• Counsellors
• Registered Music Therapists (RMT)
• Therapy Assistants

We provide assessment, intervention, therapy, support, and guidance across the lifespan, supporting individuals, families, schools, and support networks in the environments that matter most to them.

Our Falcon Clinic
Our Falcon Clinic supports people of all ages through:

• Early intervention supports
• Paediatric therapy
• Adolescent supports
• Adult and senior services
• Functional and developmental assessments
• Mental health and wellbeing supports
• Community participation and independence-building

We work collaboratively to help people improve their communication, emotional wellbeing, daily living skills, participation, independence, and overall quality of life.

Our Perth Metro Team
Our Perth Metro Team provides community-based and mobile allied health supports across Perth for people of all ages.

​Our experienced multidisciplinary clinicians support:

• Early intervention and school-aged children
• Adolescents and young adults
• Adults and seniors
• NDIS & Private participants
• Individuals with disability, developmental, neurological, psychosocial, and mental health support needs

​Our team provides flexible support across homes, schools, workplaces, community settings, and via telehealth, delivering services where they are most meaningful and accessible for the individual and their family.
