A: As a contractor, you have the flexibility to set your own hours based on your availability and preferences. You can update your availability throughout the year to suit your work-life balance. 

Q: Will I have to manage my own clients?
A: No, our dedicated admin team will handle bookings, diary management, and client follow-ups, allowing you to focus on providing care.
You get to choose the clients you want to see, we send you the clients profile with the services they are after, location etc and you get full control if you want to see them or not.

Q: What support will I receive?
A: You will have access to our admin team, Support from Directors, Online management software, and cutting-edge resources to support your practice.

​Q: How do I manage my workload as a contractor?
A: You set the hours and days you want to work, put in admin gaps, put in days not available etc. Then we stick to your parameters you've set up. As a contractor you can re-assess your workload at any time making sure you have the right amount of Work-life balance and time for Professional Development etc. You have full control.

Q: How does contracting affect my work-life balance?
A: Contracting can significantly improve your work-life balance. You have the flexibility to choose when and how much you work, allowing you to better align your professional life with your personal needs and goals.

Q: What are the tax implications of being a contractor?
A: As a contractor, you are considered self-employed. This means you are responsible for managing your own taxes, including paying income tax, GST (if applicable), and any other relevant taxes. However, you can also deduct business expenses such as travel, equipment, and professional development costs, which can reduce your taxable income. We pay you Super for the billable hours worked.

Q: Do contractors receive employee benefits?
A: Contractors typically do not receive traditional employee benefits such as paid sick leave, annual leave, long service leave, from the company.
However, the higher earning potential and flexibility,  outweighs these drawbacks.
