At Belong Health, we are dedicated to providing tailored support that meets the unique needs of each child. Developed by our Paediatric Occupational Therapists, our Home Therapy Packs are specifically designed to align with NDIS goals, offering flexible, practical, and engaging activities for children at home.

What’s Included in Our Therapy Packs?
Our packs feature hours of art, craft, 3D construction, and paper activities created and collated by our Therapy team. Each pack is designed to target essential skills, including:

• Fine and Gross Motor Skills: Building your child’s strength and capabilities for everyday tasks, such as self-care, play, and learning.
• Play Skills: Encouraging both independent and cooperative play.
• Following Instructions and Organisation: Enhancing your child's ability to understand and execute tasks.
• Social Communication Skills: Fostering interaction and communication with peers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Developing critical thinking and adaptability.
• Attention and Concentration: Improving focus during tasks.
• Executive Functioning Skills: Supporting planning, organisation, and task completion.
• School Readiness and Classroom Skills: Preparing your child for a successful transition into school.

Designed to support children in developing their skills whether they have a formal diagnosis including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder​
• Attention and concentration difficulties (ADD/ADHD)
• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Developmental delays
• Motor planning and Dyspraxia/DCD
• Sensory processing issues or disorder (SPD)

Age Range
Our packs are suitable for a wide age range, specifically targeting children aged 2 to 12 years. The level of support required will depend on your child’s age, skills, and capabilities, and we do not recommend that these packs be used without supervision. Older children may be able to complete activities independently, while younger children may need more guidance.
