Our Services

Paediatric Occupational Therapy Services: (0-17)

Our Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants help children to develop their play, self-care, learning, communication, mental health and wellbeing and independence skills, improving their functional skills, their ability to participate in their daily lives and improving their quality of life.

Occupational Therapy: Young Adults and Adults (18-49)

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy services tailored to individuals across all stages of life. Our team of experienced Occupational Therapists are excited to introduce our new range of services designed to address the unique needs of individuals across the lifespan. Our occupational therapists can now provide various services to adult clients including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Home and Living assessment and reports (including Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Assistive Technology and Home Modification scripting and applications plus more.

Occupational Therapy: Older Adults (50-65+)

Our Senior Occupational Therapy services focus on supporting Older Adults aged 50-65+. We provide comprehensive assessment and support clients, and their primary carers, to navigate the complexities of the aged care system, from early diagnosis to end-of-life care. Our expertise ensures that clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Assistive Technology & Equipment: For all ages
Our Occupational Therapy (OT) services encompass comprehensive assessments and personalised equipment prescriptions, ensuring individuals achieve optimal independence and functionality in their daily lives.
Occupational Therapists assess functional abilities and limitations, recommending Assistive Technology to enhance daily activities for people of all ages. Belong Health’s specialised OTs provide tailored equipment solutions that empower individuals and simplify everyday tasks.

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) - For all ages

Our Occupational Therapists can complete a Functional Capacity Assessment at individual’s homes throughout Perth and Mandurah surrounds, in our clinic in Falcon and via Telehealth (where appropriate). As NDIS registered Occupational Therapists, we are able to work with NDIS participants with all funding types.

NDIS Home Modifications - For all ages
Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) specialise in facilitating minor and complex NDIS Home Modifications, ensuring individuals' homes are safe, accessible, and conducive to their independence.

Psychology Assessments

Belong Health provides Psychological Assessments Only to support understanding of cognitive ability and learning differences.
We do not offer ongoing therapy or intervention as part of these services.
Our assessments are designed to help families, schools, and other professionals better understand how an individual thinks, learns, and manages academic demands, using standardised, evidence-based tools.

Falcon Clinic and Community Team

Our allied health practice based in Falcon, south of Mandurah, provides both clinic and community-based services to families living in the Rockingham to Peel region.

We specialise in supporting children and families, ASD, developmental delays, diverse needs and provide developmental Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology , Counselling, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Psychology Assessments, and supported by our Therapy Assistant team.

Our Perth Metro Team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Positive Behaviour Practitioners and Registered Music Therapists provide support to people of all ages from early intervention and school years, through adolescence, adulthood and senior years. Accessing our services

Medicare
You can get a referral from your/your child’s GP for OT/SP on a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan this gives you 5 sessions for OT per calendar year with a $60 rebate available on each session. A Helping Children with Autism/PDD/ or an eligible disability package (20 sessions between allied health professionals, as set up by a Paediatrician/Psychiatrist) which gives your child under 16 years a $75 rebate per session for the 20 sessions, you can use up to 10 sessions per Health Professional (up to 10 for OT/SP) and you will need a separate referral letter from your child’s Paediatrician for each Allied Health Professional you are seeking services from.

NDIS Registered Provider
We are an NDIS Registered Provider
Whether you or your child have NDIS funding that is NDIS Managed, Third Party Plan Managed or you are Self-Managing your funds, you are able to use your funding to cover the full cost of therapy services plus travel costs. You will need provide us with your/your child’s NDIS number and plan details ahead of your first session. Once you have booked a session or contacted us, our team will be in touch to discuss our service agreement and provide you with our services price list.

Private Health
Your Private Health fund may cover up to 75% of the cost of OT, SP sessions if this is included in your cover, be sure to call them or check your policy for details.

No referral or self referral
You do not require a referral for accessing OT, SP, RMT, Counselling services.

​Referrals to Belong Health
We are Medicare and Private Health fund registered for OT, SP.

EPC/Team care arrangements/Chronic disease (CDM) and Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) or GP management plans and Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) for Psychology and self-referrals are all acceptable.
