Many Belong Health clinicians provide mobile services in homes, schools and community settings across Perth, Mandurah, Rockingham and surrounding areas. Publishing travel rates here helps clients understand the likely additional cost of a mobile appointment before getting started.

The amount of travel charged depends on factors such as the clinician’s location, the appointment location and the service being provided. Applicable travel charges and full billing terms are explained before services commence and in the Service Agreement.

For example, a 60-minute Occupational Therapy appointment is $193.99, plus applicable travel time and kilometres when the appointment is delivered as a mobile service. The total mobile-appointment cost therefore varies by location rather than being a single fixed home-visit price.
Psychology Assessment Prices

Belong Health offers a range of screening, diagnostic, cognitive, learning, review and functional psychology assessments. The prices below are package prices from our current 2026 fee schedule. The appropriate assessment pathway depends on age, referral question and clinical circumstances.

More detailed billing arrangements, such as clinically required documentation, preparation, reports, liaison and other non-face-to-face work, are set out in the relevant Service Agreement.

NDIS Pricing & Funding

Belong Health is an NDIS registered provider. Eligible NDIS participants may be able to use plan funding for supports that meet the requirements of their plan and the NDIS.

The NDIA publishes an NDIS Pricing Schedule and Support Catalogue that provide pricing guidance and information about claim types, travel, non-face-to-face supports, cancellations and reports. The NDIA reviews pricing periodically, so pricing guidance can change.

Belong Health will notify affected participants of proposed changes to therapy fees. Changes to an existing service agreement should be discussed and agreed before they are applied.
NDIS & Private Clients - Same Standard Rates

Belong Health charges the same standard service rates for NDIS participants and private clients. You do not need to be an NDIS participant to access many Belong Health services; private clients are welcome for eligible therapy and assessment services.

Private health rebates may be available for some allied health services depending on your insurer and policy. Contact your insurer directly to confirm eligibility and the rebate available for your service.
Medicare, DVA & Other Funding Pathways

Some services may be eligible for Medicare, DVA or other funding arrangements when the relevant eligibility and referral requirements are met. These pathways vary by service, clinician and individual circumstances.

If you are unsure which funding pathway applies to you, our admin team can explain what information Belong Health requires. Eligibility and rebate decisions remain with the relevant funding body, insurer or referrer.

Where available, Belong Health offers a free 20-minute Meet & Greet with a clinician. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions and decide whether the clinician and service feel like an appropriate fit before proceeding.

How much does Occupational Therapy cost?
Belong Health Occupational Therapy is currently $193.99 per hour for both NDIS participants and private clients. Mobile appointments may also involve travel time at $97.00 per hour and kilometres at $1.00 per kilometre. Full billing terms are provided in the Service Agreement.

How much does Speech Pathology cost?
Belong Health Speech Pathology is currently $193.99 per hour for both NDIS participants and private clients. Mobile appointments may also involve travel time at $97.00 per hour and kilometres at $1.00 per kilometre. Full billing terms are provided in the Service Agreement.

How much does Positive Behaviour Support cost?
Belong Health Positive Behaviour Support is currently $252.99 per hour for both NDIS participants and private clients. Mobile services may also involve travel time at $126.50 per hour and kilometres at $1.00 per kilometre. Full billing arrangements for behaviour support planning, reporting, preparation and other clinical work are provided in the relevant Service Agreement​

How much does Counselling cost?
Belong Health Counselling is currently $156.16 per hour for both NDIS participants and private clients. Mobile services may also involve travel time at $78.08 per hour and kilometres at $1.00 per kilometre.

How much does Registered Music Therapy cost?
Belong Health Registered Music Therapy is currently $156.16 per hour for both NDIS participants and private clients. Mobile services may also involve travel time at $78.08 per hour and kilometres at $1.00 per kilometre.

How much does an Autism assessment cost?
Current comprehensive Autism assessment prices are $3,790 for a child assessment and $3,490 for an adult assessment. Autism screening is $750. The appropriate pathway depends on age and clinical circumstances.

How much does an ADHD assessment cost?
A current comprehensive ADHD assessment is $1,990. ADHD screening is $750 and an ADHD reassessment is $1,450.

How much does a combined Autism and ADHD assessment cost?
Current combined Autism and ADHD assessment prices are $4,490 for children and $4,690 for adults. Combined screening is $1,190.

How much does a learning assessment cost?
Belong Health comprehensive learning assessment packages currently range from $1,990 to $2,990 depending on whether literacy, numeracy, IQ and ADHD assessment components are included.

Is travel charged?
Yes. Travel time may be charged for mobile services at the published discipline-specific travel rate, and kilometres are currently $1.00 per kilometre. The total depends on clinician and appointment location.

Can I use NDIS funding for Belong Health services?
Belong Health is an NDIS registered provider. Whether NDIS funding can be used depends on the support, the participant’s plan, goals and current NDIS requirements. Diagnostic assessments should not be assumed to be NDIS-funded.
Do you accept private clients?
Yes. Private clients are welcome for many therapy and assessment services.

Can I claim private health insurance?
Private health rebates may be available for some services depending on the insurer and level of cover. Clients should confirm eligibility and rebate amounts directly with their insurer.

How often do your fees change?
Belong Health reviews fees when required, including when NDIS pricing guidance or other service costs change. Where a proposed fee change affects an existing service agreement, affected participants will be notified and the change discussed before it is applied.
