Do I need to have a ‘diagnosis’ to see a counsellor?
No. Many people access counselling to build insight, improve wellbeing, or work through specific challenges. You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit.

How is counselling different from psychology or psychiatry?
Counsellors focus on talk therapy and emotional support. Unlike psychiatrists, we don’t prescribe medication. We also do not provide formal assessments or diagnoses like psychologists but work closely with clients on therapeutic goals.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book or learn more.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. We also offer flexible options for clients who need telehealth or after-hours support.

Is this covered by NDIS?
Yes, if you are self- or plan-managed. We also see private clients.
